No. You sign in with Apple or Google and a wallet is created for you automatically. Balances are shown in dollars, and you never have to handle a seed phrase to get started.
You do. Your wallet is an embedded wallet provisioned by Privy; key material is sharded and signing happens on your device. momo's servers never receive your key material and cannot move your funds. Trades execute on-chain from your own wallet against decentralized exchanges — momo never takes custody.
Network fees on your trades and transfers are sponsored — momo covers them so you don't need to hold a separate gas token.
Tap Deposit on the home screen to get your wallet address (and a QR code for it), then send USDC on Monad to that address. Make sure you're sending on the Monad network — funds sent on a different network cannot be recovered.
Deposits appear once the transaction confirms on-chain, usually within a minute. If it's been longer, check on a block explorer that the transaction went to the right address on the Monad network, then email us with the transaction hash.
Failed trades are most often caused by price movement between quoting and execution, or by insufficient balance once fees are accounted for. Try again, and if it keeps failing send us the time and the token.
Yes — use Withdraw to send your assets to any Monad address you control.
You can delete your account from inside the app. Withdraw your funds first — deleting the account removes your access to the wallet through momo, and on-chain transaction history is permanent and cannot be erased by anyone.
No. Nothing in the app — including leaderboards, other users' positions, and anything users post — is investment advice. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. You are responsible for your own decisions.
